Ready To Enlist?

I’m Madelyn—a second-year Social Work student, mom of six, and founder of K9 Scooper Scouts.  I started this business because I get it—most people either don’t want to deal with pet waste or simply don’t have the time. It’s one of those messy jobs that often gets pushed aside, and that’s exactly where I come in. I built K9 Scooper Scouts to take that burden off your plate, so you can enjoy your yard without the hassle. 

Between parenting, college, and running a business, I’ve learned to stay organized, solve problems fast, and keep things moving—whether I feel like it or not. Life’s loud, unpredictable, and full of deadlines. I don’t wait for perfect conditions-I show up and get the job done. I bring that same steady, practical mindset to my work: reliable, honest, and built to meet real-life demands. 

At home, things are just as busy.  My kids range in age from 2 to 16, and they keep life loud, creative, and always in motion. They help out around the house, love being outside, and fight like all siblings do. Between school, sports, concerts, and video games, they keep me young and make everyday entertaining. Loki, our five-year-old Rottweiler, is right in the mix. He still acts like a puppy and keeps things interesting.

 When I get a break, I head outside. I’m all about fresh air, campfires, and watching our dog Loki dive into the pond like chasing fish is his full-time job. That time outside helps me reset—so I can show up for my family, my business, and everything in between.
