Company (referred to as "K9 Scooper Scouts", "We", "Us", or "Our") refers to K9 Scooper Scouts, LLC, based in Defiance, OH, which provides pet care services, including pet waste removal.

At K9 Scooper Scouts, we do not provide landscaping, lawn care, or hazardous waste removal as part of our pet care services. Please note that the quality of our pet waste removal may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as: weather conditions (rain, snow, ice), yard access (locked gates, obstructions), terrain challenges (mud, slopes, standing water), and the presence of grass height, leaf coverage, or excessive debris. K9 Scooper Scouts, LLC provides pet care services and observes the following major U.S. holidays:
• New Year’s Day (January 1)
• Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Third Monday in January)

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule our pet waste removal service on or around these holidays. If your scheduled visit falls on a holiday, K9 Scooper Scouts will make every effort to complete the service within 48 hours before or after the holiday. Clients will be notified in advance of any changes. Please note that regular service charges still apply for holiday weeks, as waste accumulation is continuous. K9 Scooper Scouts offers a monthly subscription-based service for pet waste removal. Charges are applied monthly, regardless of how many weeks fall within a given month. We provide our pet care services in most weather conditions, but may cancel or reschedule due to safety concerns, including lightning, high winds, extreme temperatures, or heavy rain. Service will be canceled during or after significant snowfall, as waste cannot be located or removed under snow. We will reschedule services within 48 hours after a missed visit, and the full month rate will still apply.
If rescheduling is not possible due to ongoing weather conditions, service will resume at the next available opportunity. Charges will still apply for waste accumulation. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy and terms and conditions.
It is the homeowners' responsibility to ensure yard access for our K9 Scooper Scouts. If we cannot access the yard due to a locked, frozen, or obstructed gate, the visit will be skipped, and the full monthly service charge will still apply. During our pet care services, pets must be secured if they exhibit aggressive behavior. If a pet is loose and poses a safety risk, service will be skipped, and the full charge will apply. Repeated incidents may result in termination of service according to our terms and conditions. Clients must notify us in advance of any changes to yard conditions, pet status, or service needs related to our pet waste removal offerings.
By submitting any form on this website or engaging with K9 Scooper Scouts, LLC, you consent to receive communications via call, text, or email, including automated messages. We will only contact you regarding our pet care services, service reminders, quote requests, or occasional updates related to pet waste removal. No purchase is required. Text frequency is limited to no more than 2 per month. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or END to any message. Standard text rates apply. Your information will be handled according to our privacy policy and will never be sold or shared, as outlined in our terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our pet care services and form a binding agreement between you and K9 Scooper Scouts, LLC. By accessing or using our pet waste removal services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Engaging with our services also signifies your acceptance of our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect and use your personal data.
Payment is required before K9 Scooper Scouts can provide pet care services, with no exceptions. Invoices for our pet waste removal services are issued monthly and are due on the 1st of each month. If service is not resumed within 30 days, the client will be removed from the schedule and must re-enroll to resume service. Unpaid balances may be subject to collections or legal recovery if not resolved within 60 days, as outlined in our privacy policy and terms and conditions.
At K9 Scooper Scouts, we may suspend or terminate your access to our pet care services without prior notice if you breach these terms and conditions. Upon termination, your right to use our pet waste removal services ceases immediately.
Our pet care services, including K9 Scooper Scouts for pet waste removal, are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or compatibility with other systems. Additionally, we are not responsible for viruses or other harmful components, as outlined in our privacy policy and terms and conditions.
At K9 Scooper Scouts, our liability for pet care services is limited to the amount you paid for our services or $100 if no payment was made. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury related to the use of our pet waste removal services, as outlined in our privacy policy and terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Your use of K9 Scooper Scouts' pet care services, including our pet waste removal solutions, may also be subject to other local, state, or federal laws, as outlined in our privacy policy.
At K9 Scooper Scouts, we ensure that all tools and equipment used for our pet care services are thoroughly sanitized between visits to prevent cross-contamination. If you have a concern or dispute regarding our K9 Scooper Scouts pet care services, please contact us first to attempt an informal resolution. If you are located outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with local laws regarding pet care services. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
