Nope! As long as we have access to your yard, our scouts can complete the mission without disturbing your day. 

Just give us 24 hours’ notice and we’ll adjust your patrol schedule—no hassle, no penalty. 

Our Scouts follow strict sanitation steps to prevent germs from spreading between properties. Pet waste can carry things like parvovirus, Giardia, roundworms, hookworms, and Campylobacter, so we take extra care to protect your pets and your yard.

• Designated gear is used for each property to avoid cross‑contamination.

• Waste is handled and bagged safely to reduce any health risks.

These practices help keep families, pets, and neighborhoods healthier and prevent avoidable exposure to harmful pathogens.

We double bag the waste and put it in your outside trash can for regular pickup. If you’d rather we take it with us instead, we can—there’s a $10 haul‑away fee added to your monthly bill.

We stand by our work. If something’s off, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

Absolutely—we include kennel and dog run cleanups as part of our standard patrols. These areas are high-traffic zones for pups, so we make sure they’re thoroughly cleared during each visit.
