We offer two times a week, weekly, biweekly, monthly and premium options like our Triple Patrol (3x/week). You choose the frequency that fits your yard’s needs. 

Nope! As long as we have access to your yard, our scouts can complete the mission without disturbing your day. 

Just give us 24 hours’ notice and we’ll adjust your patrol schedule—no hassle, no penalty. 

Our Scouts follow strict sanitation protocols to prevent cross-contamination between yards. These measures help stop the spread of harmful pathogens commonly found in pet waste, including parvovirus, Giardia, roundworms, hookworms, and Campylobacter. By disinfecting tools and using designated gear for each property, we protect pets, families, and neighborhoods from avoidable health risks. 

We bill on the 1st of each month prior to service. Add your payment info to keep your patrols running smoothly. You can find your bill in your Client Command Center. After signing up, you will receive instructions on how to access this portal.

We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payments. Secure, simple, and scout-approved. We also checks as well as cash

We stand by our work. If something’s off, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right. 

Yes, both! As long as we have access, we patrol fenced yards, open lots, and everything in between. 

Yes—we offer specialized patrols for landscaped areas, mulch beds, and gravel zones as an add-on service. These terrains require extra attention, so a small fee applies to cover the additional time and tools needed. Just select this option when requesting your quote.

Absolutely—we include kennel and dog run cleanups as part of our standard patrols. These areas are high-traffic zones for pups, so we make sure they’re thoroughly cleared during each visit.
